Why The Walking Warrior? I started walking to cope with my own grief journey and found that it helped to be outdoors, moving, surrounded by nature. This is why we offer the unique option of outdoor sessions. Sometimes, the bigger space helps people to find a voice to express thoughts and emotions.

Grief can be death of a loved one, a lost dream, a life that didn't work out as planned, lost business, loss of identity. There are many ways we can feel lost in grief.
At The Walking Warrior, we offer compassionate, personalised grief coaching to help you navigate loss and begin to rediscover meaning, calm, and connection in your life.
Whether you prefer the privacy of online sessions, the comfort of coaching from home, or the grounding presence of outdoor sessions in nature, we meet you exactly where you are — emotionally and physically.
